Create Next App is an agent utility marketplace that allows users to discover, share, publish, and use AI agent tools, playbooks, and utilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • > Post content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
  • > Distribute malware, spam, or malicious code
  • > Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • > Scrape or systematically download content without written permission
  • > Use the Service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (tools, playbooks, utilities, comments, or other materials) to the Service, you grant Create Next App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make available that content in connection with the operation of the Service. You retain all ownership rights to what you submit. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials comprising the Service (excluding user-generated content) are our property or that of our licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREATE NEXT APP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Miscellaneous

  • > Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Create Next App.
  • > Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • > No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
